Our partner, Leipfinger-Bader is one of the leading manufacturers of ZiegleBlock in Germany. Ziegelblocks are high-performance, hollow clay building blocks with superior thermal insulation and load bearing strength. MasonBee is fortunate to partner with a company that has hundreds of years of experience in clay block building and whose knowledge and experience is unrivalled.
From the outset, MasonBee can provide architectural and interior design services, Other technical services provide can include structural engineering as well as mechanical and electrical design. From single units to multiple space units, design options are limitless. Our in-house architectural & design services both here in the UK and in Germany can assist throughout the whole process.

Day 1: Shell construction (structural build)
Day 2: Electrical / HVAC & plumbing (MEP)
Day 3: Windows
Day 4: Interior plaster
Day 5: Floor build-up
Day 6: Bathroom interior fit-out
Day 7: Painting works
Day 8: Final assembly
